We're delighted to present - for the first time since completion approximately 5 years ago, this beautifully executed BMW R65 custom. A ground up restoration and build, the bike is exquisitely detailed, with plenty of bespoke touches. Top of the line components from the likes of Motogadget are well integrated, and the whole bike feels very special.
Originally a 1978 bike, the build began with a fully rebuilt engine, which remains serviced and ready to go. On the move, the bike is such fun to ride, and turns heads wherever it goes.

Cosmetic condition:
Impeccable, reflecting the care and attention lavished on the build. All of the painted surfaces are in perfect condition, maintaining a superb finish throughout. There are no visible marks to any of the frame, or mechanical parts like the engine covers. The rider contact areas are all free from any imperfections, and the seat remains unblemished. All switchgear is beautifully clean, and functions correctly.
Mechanical condition:
Mechanically, the bike is in great health, starting instantly and achieving temperature quickly. That characterful 599cc twin idles politely, with a twist of the throttle revealing a glorious bark. On the move, the engine feels tight and together, as you would expect from a bike with this kind of attention to detail. Throttle and clutch are a delight. Brakes are responsive, pulling the bike up neatly and without hesitation.
