We're thrilled to present this remarkable 2010 Honda CBR600RR-9 Splash Edition. Showing just 2245 miles from new, this bike is utterly flawless - and we really mean that. 
 
A product of the supersport arms race that began back in the early 1990's, the RR-9 is truly the apex bike of that battle.
 
The best 600 of all time? It makes a strong case.
 
Telepathic handling, superb build quality, that screaming engine, and looks to fall for. It's unquestionably one of Honda's greatest modern hits. And with things as they are, its unlikely to be bettered any time soon. 
 
This particular bike is something really special. Delivered to Lancaster Honda in May 2010, we're not certain how many Splash Editions were ultimately produced (conflicting reports), but not many. There are even fewer in this condition, and we would wager none with this mileage. It was supplied to it's first private owner in 2011, who covered a mere 118 miles, before passing to it's long-term custodian in November 2013. 
 
The odometer currently reads 2245 miles, and we have no doubt that every single one of those miles was completed in the dry. 
 
Cosmetically, this bike is unmarked, and it's such a joy to take in. The pearlecent paintwork pops like the day it was applied, and every decal, logo and sticker is beautifully sharp. It is totally standard, save for the exquisite carbon Yoshimura RS5 exhaust (dealer fitted) and corresponding tail tidy, which in our opinion complete this outstanding bike. Should the new owner prefer, the original rear fender is supplied. 
 
Mechanically, the bike has been totally pampered from day 1, with a reassuring number of stamps in the service book, having been religously serviced. All prior MOTs, receipts, and documentation are supplied, alongside 2 x original keys. 
 
Kept indoors for all of its life, it must be seen to be fully appreciated.
