We're pleased to welcome (back) this thumping 2017 Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 1100, in our opinion one of the best road bikes of all time. A bike that we know well having sourced and sold it previously, it's in superb condition at 10,272 miles, and ready to go for the 2025 season. 
 
The V4 Tuono is a wonderfully balanced bike in standard trim, and the Factory turns the dial right up to 11. It's blend of class leading electronics, friendly handling and that simply incredible engine put it beyond every other hyper-naked. As a road-bike, there's absolutely nothing like it. More comfortable than the RSV4, but losing none of what makes that bike so special, it's a bike to be enjoyed on all roads, by riders of all abilities.  
 
This particular bike is somewhat of a goldilocks specification. 2017-2018 was a real high spot in the Tuono V4 story - useful updates over the previous model year in terms of electronics and full colour TFT display, but still with the traditional Ohlins F&R set up, preferred by many riders to the later electronic system that appeared from 2019 onwards. For 2017 only, the highly desirable Superpole colourway (worn by this bike), was also available - in our view the most attractive. Crucially, it has the full Akrapovic carbon/titanium system, with the corresponding race mapping. Truly, one of the best sounding bikes we have ever come across, and all adding to the theatre. 
 
Mechanically, the bike has been well looked after by all of its previous owners, with a fully documented maintenance record. Importantly, the valve and gearbox service has been completed ahead of schedule, for added peace of mind. In any case, the Tuono V4 is a very well put together machine, and if properly serviced like this bike, presents a very low risk entry into high performance Italian exotica.
